RETREATS & WORKSHOPS
As co-founder of the Hortus workshops with chef Armand Arnal, I develop a program of workshops throughout the year in France, Spain and Greece.
Through music, I create a dialogue with different sporting and creative practices such as gastronomy, agriculture, freediving, yoga, as well as with local cultural events.
The program also includes Thalassa internships as well as other collaborations developed with unique venues and partners.
Upcoming events
VedaMusic workshops are part of an exploration of music therapy in connection with the elements, through immersions in natural environments combining music, breathing, movement and listening.
Each workshop is designed as a unique program, for small groups in order to guarantee the quality of support, relational availability and the depth of the experience offered.
EARTH, LES RENCONTRES DE L'HORTUS
Co-founded by Armand Arnal and Capucine Demnard, Hortus is a unique experience offering workshops, courses, and conferences related to nature and our senses, designed to reconnect us with nature and ourselves: learning to better understand, feel, and live better every day; sharing to connect with our community and environment; and receiving the energy and benefits that the natural elements offer us.
THALASSA, WATER
Thalassa offers courses in collaboration with Sea Dolphin and Frédéric Chotard, a freediving instructor specializing in cetacean encounters, in Spain and Egypt. Focused on the benefits of water, guided by freediving and sound therapy, these courses offer moments of connection between the body, emotions, and the marine world.
