CLINICAL STUDY DAYS OF THE NANTES INSTITUE FOR MUSIC THERAPY
Non-verbal language and brain synchronization
This workshop explores the role of non-verbal communication in therapeutic interaction. Through grounding exercises and body awareness work, the group develops creativity and the ability to communicate beyond words, then integrates the experience through a phase of refocusing and sharing.
Objectives
Communicate beyond verbal language. Strengthen self-awareness (body, sound, breath). Explore non-verbal synchronization (rhythm, gesture, energy). Prevent relational fusion through differentiation. Support emotional expression. Strengthen the therapeutic alliance.
